About Us
Co-owner and Chef, Edward Kutas, re-opened The Polish Villa II (aka The Villa) with his wife and co-owner Rosanna in the spring of 2005, with a vision of creating Cheektowaga's best casual dining experience. Trained at The Culinary Institute of Villa One, The Polish School of Confectionary Delight, and the John Q. Public School of hard knocks, Kutas infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Chef Kutas started his career as a Chef for the Polish Villa, a well reviewed restaurant located on Union Road in Cheektowaga. Once word of his tasty signature dishes got out, offers from many well known restaurants landed on Chef Kutas's plate. Although he had an affinity for the Union Road Polish Villa, Chef Kutas knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited him in Cheektowaga.
In 1998, Chef Kutas began a career as head chef for the Elma Inn. he was given room to experiment, and created quite an eclectic menu. However, he never lost sight of his passion for fine dining. He knew that in order to create the dishes he wanted to share with the world, using only the freshest ingredients available, he would have to establish his own restaurant.
Chef Kutas re-opened the doors of The Villa in the spring of 2005... A location made famous by his family years early. Before he created his first dish, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. Diners agree. The Villa truly is Cheektowaga's best casual dining restaurant.

From the East
Take the I-90 to the I-190. Exit the I-190 at the Ogden Street exit (Exit 1). Turn right onto Dingens Street. Travel approximately one mile until you reach Harlem Road. Turn right onto Harlem Road. The Villa is located approximately a half mile up the road on the left hand side.From the West
Exit the I-190 at the Ogden Street exit (Exit 1). Turn left on Griswold Street. Go down five blocks and turn right on South Rossler Avenue. Go up one block and take a left on Clinton Street. Travel approximately 3/4 of a mile until you reach Harlem Road. Turn left on Harlem. The Villa will be on your right hand side.Google Maps
